White Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzels

I usually don't post the same category two days in a row, but I wanted to share another recipe for Kid's in the Kitchen.  This recipe is so easy and requires only two ingredients to make.  You will be very surprised how delicious this combination is.  Sweet and Salty treats are very popular right now.  With just a little help to melt the white chocolate, kids can made this recipe in minutes.  All it takes is:

1 - large container of peanut butter filled pretzels
1 - bag of white chocolate chips, melted*

Using one or two large cookie sheets, line them with a silicone baking mat or wax paper.  Evenly spread out the peanut butter pretzels on the baking sheets.  Make sure there are no pretzels on top of each other and they are pushed close together.

Fill a large pastry bag that has a writing tip on it with the melted white chocolate.  If you don't have a pastry bag, you can use a small spoon to drizzle the chocolate on the pretzels.  (You will get a more even coating if you use the pastry bag).  Now, just go crazy squeezing the pastry bag and moving your hand all around the pan of pretzels until they all have some chocolate drizzled on them.  Set the pans aside and let them dry for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set up.  Now you can eat them!

This is a great treat to bring to a potluck or summer picnic.  Everyone seems to like it, and it takes hardly any time to put together.   You can make as much or as little as you like.  Just cut back on the pretzels and white chocolate if you only want to make a small amount.
